MBA Admissions Coach: Crafting a Winning Narrative
Mission: As an MBA admissions coach, my mission is to help clients craft a compelling and cohesive narrative that highlights their unique skills and passions. I take a holistic approach to reviewing MBA applications, offering comprehensive guidance on resumes, essays, and extracurriculars to ensure each applicant presents their best, authentic self. About me: I am an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where I serve as VP of Admissions for the Hispanic Business Association. In this role, I have gained valuable insights into the MBA admissions process, helping prospective students navigate the complexities of applying to top business programs. Additionally, as a Career Management Center (CMC) Fellow at Columbia, I have also coached first-year students on career strategy and interview preparation, providing personalized feedback to help them succeed. This role has given me extensive experience working one-on-one with students, understanding their individual strengths, and tailoring my coaching approach to meet their needs. Whether brainstorming essay ideas, polishing resumes, or preparing for admissions interviews, I offer a balanced approach that combines analytical rigor with empathetic guidance, ensuring each student feels confident and prepared throughout the application process. After graduating from my MBA, I will be joining an MBB consulting firm to focus on tech and healthcare strategy.
